Delivery Information
We are happy to be able to provide consumers in the UK with free delivery on all orders.
We strive to make all of our shipping fees transparent and reasonable for all of our customers, and the simplest approach to prevent unpleasant surprises at checkout is to provide free delivery on every item.
The majority of our products are shipped using DPD’s 48-hour service, although others are sent using Parcelforce’s 48-hour service or via DHL Express. You will receive tracking information through email once your product has been shipped, enabling you to follow its journey with ease. For even better service, if you also include a mobile number with your delivery address, we will ask our couriers to send SMS updates on your order.
Delivery to the UK can take up to 7 working days from the moment you place your order, although delays can happen when we’re extremely busy. Please be aware that our couriers don’t currently make weekend deliveries.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
While we exclusively sell to companies, professionals, and tradespeople, we do not have any restrictions on where things can be delivered, and our couriers can go to any address in the UK or Ireland. You have the option to enter a delivery address that is distinct from your billing address during the checkout process.
If at all feasible, please include a phone number with each address or order so that we or our couriers may get in touch with you if there are any problems.
HELP WITH DELIVERY ISSUES
Even though we hate to admit it, deliveries don’t always go as expected, and couriers occasionally misplace or damage packages. Heavy duty boxes are used to pack our goods as securely as possible, and we are constantly searching for methods to make our packaging processes better. But if there are any issues with your delivery, please let us know using the Contact Us page, and our team will do all in their power to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Your feeback are appreciated.
We do advise that you get in touch with the courier company directly using the tracking information supplied in your “Notification of Despatch” email if you are just looking for the location of your package or if a missed-delivery card has been left.
You can get in touch with us if you entered your delivery information incorrectly or if you need to alter your address. Please be aware, though, that once your package has been sent, we are often unable to reroute it until after the initial delivery attempt has failed, so please contact us as soon as you can.
TIME-SENSITIVE / FAST-TRACK DELIVERIES
We do our best to satisfy the needs of every customer, and occasionally this entails delivering goods by a deadline. As previously mentioned, delivery to the UK mainland is often made the next working day after despatch, and to Northern Ireland, it typically takes 48 hours. We will make every effort to deliver your goods by the required date if you let us know upon ordering. Please be aware that if you place your order after 3 PM, you will not be able to get any things that day.
We can send products out with Parcelforce on a 24-hour service in some time-sensitive situations. Only non-hazardous commodities are permitted to use this service because they must fly. A fee per mailed package will apply. If you need to use this service, please call us at the number provided.
BARRELS, PALLETS AND OVER-SIZED ITEMS
Barrels and pallets can also be delivered for free, however our freight delivery companies will require you to be able to take these items off the truck yourself when they arrive at their destination. Please let us know when ordering if you require any specific services, such as a tail-lift, to assist with this. In rare cases, extra services might be subject to a cost.
HAZARDOUS GOODS
All deliveries, in our opinion, should be made safely and in accordance with UK transportation laws. Contrary to certain online merchants, we do not deliver hazardous goods via postal service or unmarked packages. Instead, we work with carriers who can convey goods in a compliant manner. For courier delivery, we package the majority of items up to 25 kg in accordance with the Limited Quantity restrictions.
We use our Hazardous Freight partners to safely deliver bigger volumes (pallets, barrels, etc.) across the UK and Ireland. All bulk hazardous cargo for the mainland will be sent out on a Thursday as there is currently only one sailing to the UK’s Mainland, which departs every Friday. Please keep this in mind while placing your order, particularly if your delivery is urgent. We will notify you in advance if this would create a delay in processing your order.
DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
All our products are made from natural minerals and free from toxic materials and from hazardous nature, however some countries need confirmation of HS Codes for Customs Clearances.
We advise you to check with your customs and clearance offices before placing an order to avoid any charges and penalty.
