Barbados
Since 1978, FAO has been an important partner in Barbados’ drive to achieve its agricultural and marine development priorities, including natural resource management and climate change adaptation.
During this time, FAO has provided critical technical assistance and mobilized international and regional partners in the process. FAO’s support has focused on capacity building, assistance in the formulation of policies and management programmes, planning and the development of legislation related to the agriculture sector.
